A CRM with messaging built in, not bolted on
Lead management, sales pipeline, campaigns, ticketing, field service and call centre — running on the same SMS, WhatsApp and voice infrastructure we already provide.
Nine modules, one customer record
Most CRMs treat messaging as an integration you buy separately and maintain forever. Because we run the messaging layer ourselves, sending is native — one platform, one support desk, one invoice.
Lead management
Capture enquiries from your website, landing pages, WhatsApp, calls, ads and offline events into one queue, deduplicate them, score them on rules you define, and assign them automatically before they go cold. Every touch is logged against the lead, so the next person to pick it up knows what has already been said.
- Multi-source capture with automatic deduplication
- Rule-based scoring and prioritisation
- Round-robin, territory and skill-based assignment
- Response-time SLAs with escalation
- Complete interaction history per lead
- Source-level conversion reporting
Sales pipeline
Stages that match how your team actually sells, with the fields and activities each stage requires. Managers get a forecast built from stage probability and deal age rather than from optimism, and stalled deals surface automatically instead of quietly ageing at the bottom of a list.
- Configurable stages with required fields
- Weighted forecasting by stage and deal age
- Stalled and at-risk deal alerts
- Quotation and proposal tracking
- Target versus achievement dashboards
- Team and individual performance views
Campaign management
Plan and run campaigns across email, SMS and WhatsApp from a single calendar. Build segments from CRM data, schedule sends, test variants against each other and see which channel and message produced the revenue rather than just the opens.
- Unified calendar across email, SMS and WhatsApp
- Segmentation from any CRM field
- Drip sequences and triggered journeys
- A/B testing with statistical comparison
- Attribution reporting down to revenue
- DLT template and consent handling built in
Appointment scheduling
Customers book from your available slots, get a confirmation and reminders on WhatsApp and SMS, and can reschedule themselves without calling anyone. No-shows drop because the reminder lands where people actually look.
- Self-service booking from real availability
- Automatic WhatsApp and SMS confirmations
- Configurable reminder sequences
- Customer-led rescheduling and cancellation
- Calendar sync for your team
- No-show tracking and follow-up
Ticketing system
Support requests from every channel — email, chat, WhatsApp, phone — in one queue with SLA timers running. Priority and category assigned on content, routing to the right team, escalation before the SLA breaches rather than after, and a resolution record for each closed ticket.
- Omnichannel ticket capture
- Automatic categorisation and prioritisation
- SLA timers with pre-breach escalation
- Internal notes and collaboration threads
- Knowledge base for repeat issues
- Resolution time and backlog reporting
Field service management
For teams that work away from a desk. Jobs assigned by location and skill, routes optimised for the day, a mobile app that keeps working when the signal drops, proof of service captured with photographs and customer signature, and parts and inventory tracked per engineer.
- Location and skill-based job assignment
- Route optimisation for daily schedules
- Offline-capable mobile app with later sync
- Photo and signature proof of service
- Parts and inventory tracking
- Live job status visible to customers
Call centre solution
Inbound and outbound calling with IVR routing, predictive and preview dialling, call recording, dispositions and live queue monitoring. The agent screen pops the customer record before they say hello, so the conversation starts with context.
- Inbound routing with IVR and skill queues
- Predictive, progressive and preview dialling
- Call recording with quality scoring
- Screen pop with full customer context
- Live queue and agent status monitoring
- Call outcome and agent productivity reports
Email marketing automation
Segmented email campaigns and behavioural drip sequences with templates, personalisation, deliverability monitoring and reporting that tracks through to conversion rather than stopping at the open rate.
- Drag-and-drop template builder
- Behavioural and lifecycle drip sequences
- Personalisation from CRM fields
- Deliverability and bounce monitoring
- Open, click and conversion attribution
- Unsubscribe and preference management
SMS & WhatsApp marketing
Promotional and transactional messaging on compliant, DLT-registered routes, sent straight from the CRM with consent status enforced at send time. Because the messaging is ours, there is no integration between the CRM and the gateway to break.
- Send directly from CRM segments
- DLT-registered routes with template management
- Consent and opt-out enforced automatically
- WhatsApp broadcasts within policy limits
- Two-way replies logged against the contact
- Delivery and engagement reporting per campaign
Why this CRM rather than another
Messaging is native
SMS, WhatsApp and voice come from us, so there is no gateway integration to configure, pay for or repair.
One record per customer
Sales, support, campaigns and field visits write to the same contact. No reconciling three systems.
Configured to your process
Stages, fields, routing and permissions are set up around how you sell, not how the software assumed you would.
Compliance handled
DLT templates, consent capture and opt-out enforcement are built into sending, not left to the marketing team.
Reporting that reaches revenue
Attribution follows a lead from source to closed deal instead of stopping at the click.
Migration included
We move your existing contacts, deals and history in, and we do the mapping work rather than sending you a CSV template.
CRM solutions — frequently asked questions
Can you migrate our data from our current CRM?
Yes. We handle export, field mapping, deduplication and import for contacts, companies, deals and interaction history, then run a validation pass with your team before go-live. Attachments and notes come across too where the source system exposes them.
Is the CRM priced per user?
Yes, per user per month, with annual commitments priced lower. Messaging consumed through the CRM is billed at the same per-transaction slab rates as our standalone communication services, so you are not paying a premium for sending from inside the CRM.
Can we start with just one module?
Yes. Many customers begin with lead management or ticketing and add campaigns, field service or the call centre later. Additional modules switch on against the same customer records without a fresh implementation.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Sales and support teams use a mobile app for leads, deals and tickets, and the field service app works offline and syncs when the connection returns — which matters for engineers working in basements and remote sites.
How does it connect to our ERP or accounting system?
Through REST API and webhooks. Common patterns are pushing closed deals into invoicing and pulling payment status back onto the customer record so sales can see who has actually paid.
What does implementation involve?
A configuration workshop, data migration, integration work, user training and a supported go-live. A standard implementation runs four to six weeks depending on how many modules and integrations are in scope.
