One onboarding engine for everyone you bring on board

Partners, vendors, employees, gig workers and suppliers each need a different journey. Configure them once, then watch every applicant move through on a single dashboard.

Onboarding solutions

Same engine, five configurations

Underneath, every onboarding is the same shape: collect information, verify it, get something signed, activate the record in a downstream system. What changes is which checks run and in what order. That is configuration, not a new build.

Partner onboarding

Bring channel partners, distributors, DSAs and resellers live quickly without loosening your due diligence. Entity verification, bank account confirmation, agreement signing and commission structure capture happen in one guided flow, and the partner record activates in your systems the moment the last check clears.

  • Entity and director verification
  • Bank account validation by penny drop
  • Agreement eSign with commission terms
  • Territory and product mapping
  • Automatic activation on completion
  • Partner self-service profile updates

Vendor onboarding

Collect and validate everything procurement needs before the first purchase order: GST registration, PAN, bank details, MSME status, compliance declarations and certifications. Expiry dates on certificates are tracked, and the vendor is prompted to renew before a document lapses.

  • GST, PAN and CIN verification
  • Bank account validation by penny drop
  • MSME and Udyam registration capture
  • Compliance and code-of-conduct declarations
  • Certificate expiry tracking with renewal reminders
  • Approval routing through procurement and finance

Employee onboarding

Everything between offer acceptance and day one, handled before the new joiner walks in. Document collection, education and employment verification, bank and PAN details for payroll, statutory forms and policy acknowledgements — completed on the candidate's own phone.

  • Offer acceptance with eSign
  • Document collection with OCR extraction
  • Education and previous employment verification
  • Bank, PAN and UAN capture for payroll
  • Statutory form and policy acknowledgement
  • HRMS handover on completion

Gig worker onboarding

Built for volume and for phones. A delivery rider, field agent or freelancer completes identity verification, document upload, bank validation and agreement signing in a few minutes, on a mid-range Android device, on a patchy connection, often in a regional language.

  • Mobile-first journey with regional language support
  • Aadhaar or document-based identity verification
  • Face match with liveness detection
  • Driving licence verification for mobility roles
  • Bank account validation for payouts
  • Bulk onboarding with batch status tracking

Supplier onboarding

Supplier records built to survive an audit. Entity and tax verification, banking details, quality and compliance certification, category and capability mapping, and a maintained record that stays current rather than going stale the month after it was created.

  • Entity, GST and tax verification
  • Banking and payment terms capture
  • Quality and compliance certification records
  • Category and capability classification
  • Periodic re-verification cycles
  • ERP and procurement system handover
Why us

Why onboarding runs better here

Verification is native

KYC, penny drop, PAN and eSign are part of the journey, not third-party calls you have to wire up and maintain.

You can see the drop-off

A dashboard shows exactly which step people abandon, so you fix the actual problem instead of guessing at it.

Configurable without code

Operations teams change steps, fields and approval routing themselves. Engineering is not the bottleneck.

Built for mobile

Journeys are designed for a mid-range Android phone on a weak connection, which is what your applicants actually have.

Chased automatically

Incomplete applications get reminders over SMS, WhatsApp and email until they finish or lapse.

Hands off cleanly

Completed records push into your HRMS, ERP, CRM or core system by API or webhook.

Questions

Onboarding solutions — frequently asked questions

How long does it take to configure a new onboarding journey?

A standard journey using existing verification steps is usually configured and tested within a week. Journeys that need a custom integration into your ERP or HRMS take longer, and we will give you an honest estimate after the scoping call rather than a hopeful one.

Can different applicant types have different journeys?

Yes, and they should. Each type has its own steps, required documents, verification checks and approval routing, all running on the same platform with a single dashboard across them.

What happens when someone abandons halfway through?

Their progress is saved and they receive automated reminders over SMS, WhatsApp and email with a resume link that returns them to the exact step they left. You set how many reminders go out and when the application lapses.

Does it work for high-volume gig worker onboarding?

Yes. The gig journey is built for volume and for low-end devices, supports regional languages, and includes batch tracking so an operations team can monitor thousands of applicants at once rather than one at a time.

Can we add approval steps for internal review?

Yes. Approval steps with role-based permissions can sit at any point in the journey. Approvers see only what they need, and every decision is recorded with the reviewer's identity and timestamp.

How does the completed record reach our existing systems?

Through REST API or webhook. On completion we push the verified record and documents into your HRMS, ERP, CRM or core system so nobody re-keys anything.
