We use enquiry details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and maintain contact about the services you asked about. We use technical and analytics data to understand how the website performs and to improve it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to unrelated mailing lists because you filled in an enquiry form.
Who we share it with
Enquiry data is handled by our form processing provider and our email provider so that your message reaches us. Where you become a customer, data may be processed by the licensed partners who deliver specific services, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Customer and end-user data
Where Valtrixa Infotech processes data on behalf of a customer — for example identity data submitted during a KYC journey we operate for them — we act as a processor under that customer's instructions and under the terms of the service agreement between us. Retention periods, access controls and deletion procedures are set in that agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own business records. You may ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold.
